Aliens VS Predator: Facehuggers

Hey there

Feeling great satisfaction with painting my boardgames with miniatures collection, i've tried to keep working on AvP.

So today i humbly show you my facehuggers

As usual with Prodos miniatures, sculpt and detaisl are great, engineering not so much. Fingers had massive flahs of resin, more like parts of the miniatures holding them on the bases, which can be disappointing.

Also, for whatever reason, when Prodos moved to (great looking, that's not the point) monoblocs Unicast range sculpted assembled on their bases, they made them too big to fit in plastic lipped bases, what the rest of the range is made for actually!

I've decided to consider these as wannabe tokens since they are exactly 30mm wide. other miniatures' bases being "more or less what they are supposed to" i'll try to remove enough resin to make them fit on the same lipped bases the rest of the range is on. We'll see how it goes.
